R. Mohan Srivastava, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo., President
Mo is recognized as a leading international authority on mineral reserve and resource estimation, and is the author of “An Introduction to Applied Geostatistics,” the most widely-used reference on geostatistics. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining industry as a mine geologist and consultant, and is frequently called upon as an external auditor for Board of Directors, and as an expert witness for litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Douglas R. Hartzell, B.Sc., Director of Operations
Doug has more than 30 years of experience as a mining geologist and consultant. He has coordinated quality assurance and quality control programs for drill hole data, bulk samples, and sampling programs mandated by contracts to verify that run-of-mine production specifications are being met.
Richard S. Breger, B.Sc., General Manager, North American Operations
Rick graduated from McGill University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in geology. His studies focused on volcanology and mineral deposits, and he conducted research in Africa, Iceland and Reunion Island. Rick has coordinated field operations for exploration sampling programs; he prospected for kimberlite in the Canadian Arctic, explored for gold in the Klondike and drilled iron ore fields in the Pilbara.
